Bar Ilan

Located along the light rail corridor in Bar Ilan, the project addresses a dense urban fabric with intense public transportation activity. The design aims to increase residential density while maintaining quality of life, green space, and a pleasant living environment.
Due to height limitations and the neighborhood’s conservative character, the planning strategy is based on a modular composition of volumes—“puzzle-like” buildings that achieve high density while preserving a sense of privacy for each unit. Apartments are designed to benefit from natural light, multiple orientations, and open views to the street and surrounding context.
The facades balance clear geometric order with subtle articulation, allowing the buildings to integrate with their surroundings while expressing a contemporary identity.
The result is a project that successfully balances economic viability with residential quality, creating a comfortable, sustainable, and context-sensitive living environment.
